Colors League event  
Since [livejournal.com profile] disutansu agreet to take care of the last team that needed a mod, I've just posted the event signup. Reposting the event calendar here and expanding it to give exact dates of everyone's games



29.08 - signups start!
05.09 - teams are posted and the event officially begins

06.09 - Lucathia
07.09 - Helen
08.09 - Remus
09.09 - Skie
10.09 - Moon
11.09 - me
12.09 - Zags
13.09 - Aisu

20.09 - all games are closed! this is the last day for special tasks
21.09 - Colors League event closes! The results are posted and the prizes are given out.

By the way, before this question arises - if the teams end up uneven, the final score will be the percentage of the points earned by a team compared to the total number of points they could have gathered to make it fair.


People involved, please reply to this post to let me know that you've seen this and everything is clear (and if something isn't, let me know so it can become clear)

Ah, so that's how it'll be for games then, the schedule? Hope it works out for everyone. I'm okay with my date. I'll need to think of an idea for a game though. ;) Possibly a riddle. I like riddles (though I'm not good at writing them). If all else fails, it'll probably be a scavenger hunt from me...

Do all games give the same number of points? (one answer type of game) Or is it fine if we have multiple parts to the game? (a certain number of points for getting parts of the game right?) But I'm not sure if that would be wise since the mods modding the games would give their team a disadvantage when they can't play their own game if the points aren't equal.

Anyway, I look forward to what games everyone will be posting.

Yeah, I think all games should give out the same point prize. However, the card prize can be bigger if the game is more compliated. It would be a little cruel if the players were supposed to find, for example, 5 hidden pictures to get one point and failing to find one would mean that they don't get any...

Hello Aru!

Glad I could help out this time around. I don't think it'll be too much trouble even in the middle of the week for my game hm... So to make things clear, we just have to post a game (like the anniversary event), any kind of game we come up with? Hmmmm... wonder if I can do another different kind of crossword puzzle... there are these spiral ones that look cool. *_* But I don't know if there's an online thing that does it *WILL CHECK*

Hey Aru! I'm good with my day! Now to figure out what kind of game I want. I'm thinking something along the line of Ryoga's directions. I'm guess the games are going to be "hosted" by out respective mascots?

Question~
Boy this is embarrassing, being a mod/captain of a team and all.

So when I post my game, and someone answers correctly, I just give them one point right (as long as they mention which team they are from)? If they don't, then I just have to remind them to do so and once they do, I can give them a point? And is there a special way to give them a point... other than like give them their prize rewards and "You've won a point for your team!"?

Pretty much! You might add the "you got one point for your team" bit or not if you don't feel like it... I'd appreciate if you could tell me what team won how many points in your game once the League is over and you pass out prizes!

Okay, I shall do that too. :3 I think that'll be more accurate too. So all of our games will be open until the end of the League, and when that time comes, we can pass out prizes and award points? :D

Making sure we're all doing the same thing across the games...

Shall I have players label the subject of their answers with their team, or shall I have players link to their team badge when answering? :)

Also, I want one of those badges with the shirts. I have one too, right? XD

You mean posts or badges with shirts? Because if you mean shirts, your teammates got their banners in the signup post and I've just posted mod banners in a separate mod comm post.

Of course! I was supposed to make a post in the mod comm with everyone's captain shirts once I was done with regular players but it became so late I forgot to do it ;_; All are uploaded to my server and I see Skie found his already... *makes the post*
