Mod Pay August 1 - August 15
Hi mods, please list what you've done during the August 1 to August 15 period to receive your mod pay! List permanent posts, then games~, and let me know if you've covered for anyone or helped out with the release and such.

Kuri is stepping down as a mod. I believe her jobs may or may not have been taken care of. Please keep me updated! I'm a little confused who's looking after what. Check her post to see what needs looking after.

Chikky has decided to pass Pot of Gold on (see this post). I suggested previously that we might want to take turns with this (it'd also give Chikky a chance to participate too). Aru has stepped up for the next round. Should we have a schedule drawn up, or just wait as the month approaches? I mean, things can change, so I don't think drawing up schedules months in advance would be very helpful?

Also, for the newbie games I mentioned before, I'm thinking of maybe posting them in a separate community that I can give moderator/maintainer access to all our mods so that everyone can see screened comments. (I'm unsure which position makes it so that screened comments are viewable, but whichever one that is) This way, if the games ever need covering, other people can step in. Or I can just post them in the main community with an account that I can share the password of. I'm just trying to think of a way to do this so that they can be covered or maintained by more than one person. ^^;; Lastly, do we want to do multiple games (whichever mods want to pitch in can pitch in with a game), or should we just have one person (me? someone else if anyone's interested?) lump everything together? Let me know your thoughts!

Hope everyone's having a good August!

Lots of donations (that I need to catch up with today!). I'm still so behind that it's unreal.

Games:
Seiyuu Guess 52 (http://colors-tcg.livejournal.com/299053.html).
I'll be passing out rewards for this game before catching up with the Initiative.

Extra
Coded the August Release post... ... ...?

Due to various reasons, this week there will be a double round for Seiyuu Guess (53-54). I'll be posting that alongside my games today. A day late, unfortunately, but life isn't always so kind as to be constant and predictable.

In addition, Graffiti round 30 will be a special round. A pretty fun one, I think.

As for the new member community, I'm all for either idea. If we run a community that everyone has access to, we can all use our icons and do anything we need to.

However I do think it would be better if we have a shared account for the new member games / activities / anything for several reasons. Firstly, it allows any mod to be able to post rewards for anything without confusing anyone as to why they're getting rewards/etc from random other people / different mods. Uniformity and efficiency; because having multiple people check the threads on occasion will allow them to be answered the fastest. This, of course, means one very important thing: The new member community would be a volunteer endeavor. Mods who want to help can help for free; Mods who don't want to help don't have to.

Sorry for the excessive blabber; I just sort of typed what immediately came to mind.

Thanks for covering RA! And for helping code the August release post~

Hm, what you mention here does make sense. I'll see what ends up being the easiest for everyone...
